Why Submit Expenses to e-Invoice?

Submitting expenses to e-Invoice ensures that all transactions are properly recorded and comply with tax regulations. This process helps businesses maintain accurate financial records and streamline tax reporting. If enabled, expenses will be automatically submitted as e-Invoices, reducing manual work and ensuring compliance with e-Invoice requirements.

Firstly, make sure you have set up e-Invoice Submission Method

Secondly, make sure you have set up e-Invoice details for supplier

Thirdly, make sure you have set up Expense Category classifications for e-invoices



How to Submit Expense to e-Invoice


1. Click on Profile and select Settings on the Company tab

4. Click on E-Invoice Settings

5. Click on Expenses

6. Enable Auto Submit to E-Invoice so that every expense created will auto submit to e-invoice (Optional)

(Once the e-invoice becomes Valid, customer details, item details, invoice number, and invoice date cannot be edited)

7. Click on Purchase and select Expense

9. Add a supplier with e-invoice details, enter the invoice details, and choose items with set classifications

10. Click on 3 dots

12. Enable Auto Submit to E-Invoice to auto-submit expense to e-Invoice.

(If the option to automatically submit each created expense to e-invoice [Step 6] is enabled, this will be turned on by default. If you do not want this expense to be automatically submitted to e-invoice, you can disable it here. Once the e-invoice becomes Valid, customer details, item details, invoice number, and invoice date cannot be edited )

Enable Auto Submit to E-Invoice to auto-submit expense to e-Invoice.




13. Click on Apply

14. Click on Save

15. Click on the expense created just now

16. Click on E-Invoice

17. Click on Submit

(If you have enabled auto submit to e-invoice, please skip this step)

Click on Submit




18. Click on (View E-Invoice)

(You can only view the e-invoice once the document status becomes 'Valid.' If the status shows 'In Progress,' please wait up to 72 hours for the final status update. You can refresh within the 72-hour period.)

Click on (View E-Invoice)




19. Scan QR Code or click to view E-invoice
