When submitting e-Invoices, you can choose between two methods: MyInvois and Peppol. MyInvois is a local e-invoicing platform that allows businesses to submit their invoices directly to the tax authorities. Peppol, on the other hand, is a global e-invoicing network that enables secure and standardized invoice submissions across multiple countries. Depending on your business needs and location, you can select the most suitable method for seamless e-Invoice submission.
Ensure that you have enabled the e-invoice integration
1. Click on your profile picture and select Settings
2. Click on Integration
3. Click on E-Invoice Integrations
(If you don't see this, your account has not enabled the e-Invoice feature. Please ask customer service for assistance)
4. Click on E-invoice Platforms
5. Click on View
(If you are unable to click View for MyInvois, please disable Peppol first by clicking View)
6. Fill in all the required field
(If you are unable to click the View button for either MyInvois or Peppol, please disable the other by clicking its View button first)
7. Check Enable
8. Click on Confirm
