When you need to input a large amount of customer/supplier details, you can follow these steps:
Contact us via Live Chat or Submit a Ticket to request a sample CSV file template.
Fill in the template with the required customer/supplier information.
Send the completed CSV file back to us through Live Chat or Submit a Ticket, and our team will assist you in importing the data.
For customers/suppliers that have already been created but are missing E-invoice details, you only need to fill in the following fields:
Customer/Supplier Name
E-invoice Columns (including ID_Type, ID_No, and TIN_No).
