What Is the Difference Between Owner and Salesperson? (New Vers.)
In this article, you will learn about the roles of Owner and Salesperson in the system and how they are used in managing sales transactions.
1. Click on Sales and select 'Sales Invoices'
2. Click on Edit or Add New
3. In the Salesperson column, you can select the name of the salesperson, indicating which salesperson is responsible for the invoice.
4. The owner is captured based on the user ID of the person who logged in to create the invoice.
5. To view all the owners and salespeople, click on 'My Users'
6. All of the users displayed
