Customer Statement VS Statement of Account (New Vers.)

Understand the difference between a Customer Statement and a Statement of Account to better manage customer transactions and ensure accurate financial communication.



1. Click Sales and select 'View Report'

2. Click on Customer Statement



3. Customer Statement will show Unpaid Invoice only

5. Click on Statement Of Account

Click on Statement Of Account



6. Statement of Account will show all the payment and sales record between your company and the customer.
