Why Can't I Change the Owner Name in the Sales Invoice and Delivery Order? (New Vers.)
If the Sales Invoice is linked to a Delivery Order (DO), changing the owner name in either the Sales Invoice or the DO will not reflect in the other document. This is to maintain data consistency between linked records.
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Delivery Orders
3. Click on Preference
4. Because the Sales Invoice is linked to the Delivery Order (DO), changing the owner name in either the Sales Invoice or the DO will not update the other.
5. To fix this, select 'With selected items when delivered'
