If you encounter issues printing the sales invoice, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue. This guide outlines solutions to ensure your invoice can be printed successfully.
1. Click on Sales and select 'Sales Invoices'
2. Click on the three-dot menu
3. Click on Print
4. Click on the three-dot menu
5. Click on Customize Print
6. Click on Reset To Default
7. Click on Save
8. Try reprinting the invoice
9. Alternatively, try refreshing your browser and clearing the cache
