Stock Report (New Vers.)

This report allows users to understand the stock level of each product and the cost of related goods. Users can use this report to analyze which goods need to be ordered and when they are not needed. In addition, users can analyze this report whether the cost of their tonnage is within their scope or within their budget.



1. Click on Products/Services and select 'View Report'

3. You can set a specific period or date for viewing

4. Click on the settings button

5. Filter inventory by either the creation date or the invoice date

6. Filter by product

Click on highlight



7. Filter by Branch

8. Filter by product category

9. The goods will be displayed according to the setting



10. Filter inventory types, such as available stock or current stock

(For details on the differences between these two types, please refer to What Are Available stock & Current stock)

11. Check 'Show All Products'

Click on Show All Products



12. All types of inventory will be displayed



13. Click on Apply to save the settings 



14. Click on the three-dot menu

Click on dropdown trigger



15. Export to Excel or CSV to export the report

Right click on Export to Excel…
