Sales Report (New Version)

Why do I need the sales report?
Sales reports allow company managers to manage the performance of their sales team and plan effective sales strategies. In addition to filtering sales by salespeople and collectors, our report also filters out the most profitable customers and their sales.


  1. Click on Sales -> View Report.

  2. Click on Sales Report


  3. You can set the date period that you want to query.


  4. You can set the sorting order by clicking on each column header.
  5. You can also choose which columns to display in the report. Here are explanations for the most frequently used columns.
  • Customer: Lists the name of the customer associated with the sale.
  • Salesperson: Displays  of the salesperson who made the sale.
  • Total: Shows the total amount of the sale before any adjustments or taxes.
  • Foreign (enabled): Indicates transactions involving foreign currencies, requiring this option to be activated for display. How to enable multi currencies?
  • Paid: Displays the amount paid by the customer for the sale.
  • Due: Shows the remaining amount that the customer owes for the sale.
  • Delivery Status: Indicates the current status of the delivery process for the sale.
  • Item Code: Specifies the unique code or identifier for each item sold.
  • Item Description: Provides a brief description or name of each item sold.
  • Rounding Adj: Displays any adjustment made to round off amounts, ensuring accuracy.
  • Service Charge: Shows any additional charges applied for services related to the sale.
  • Discount: Displays any discounts applied to the total sale amount.
  • Before SST: Indicates the total amount before including Sales and Services Tax (SST).
  • SST: Shows the amount of Sales and Services Tax (SST) applied to the sale.
  • After SST: Displays the total amount after including Sales and Services Tax (SST).
  • CN Applied: Indicates if any credit notes have been applied to adjust the sale amount.
  • Credit Card: Shows the amount paid via credit card for the sale.
  • Cash: Displays the amount paid in cash for the sale.


  1. In addition, you can view report by clicking "Most Profit Customer"

  2.  Based on your report you can analyze commission settlement. The user can also check the invoice details by clicking the invoice number.

    By clicking Ref No. will lead user to sales invoice details.

  3. Click on filter.

  4. User will able to filter by Salesperson, customer, additional field, delivery status, apply it after select.


  5. In addition, users can export the report to Excel / Csv.
