Setting Up Item Classifications for E-Invoices
When submitting an e-invoice, correctly setting up item classifications is essential. This helps ensure that your invoice complies with tax regulations and that products or services are properly categorized. You can select the appropriate classification in the item settings so the system can process the e-invoice information correctly.
How to set up item classifications for e-invoices
1. Click on Product/Services and select Product/Services

2. Click on an item
(If you don't have an existing item, you may refer to How to Create a Product. If you are creating new item, please jump to step 4)

3. Click on Edit

4. Select a Classification

5. Click on Save

6. A green Notification will appear once the classification of product is saved successfully.
7. Click item code.
8. Check and confirm that the saved classifications are correctly updated.

Note:
If your product matches the Industry Classification Code set in your e-invoice setup, you do not need to set another classification code for that product—the system will follow the default e-invoice classification code. Only when a product has a different classification than your industry code do you need to set the Product Classification Code manually.
