Why the Inventory log available stock and current stock have different quantities? (New Version)

Available Stock is deducted after a Sale Invoice is created. Current Stock is deducted after a Delivery Order is created . If there is a discrepancy between Available and Current Stock, it is likely because only a Sale Invoice was created and no Delivery Order was generated.



Available Stock is deducted after a Sale Invoice is created 

 Example below : 


1. Create sales invoice to  select the item code and save it . 




2. Inventory log will deducted the item from available stock. 




3. Current stock still remains the stock balance. 





 Current Stock is deducted after a Delivery Order is created

 Example Below :



1. Go to create Delivery Order will and choose the item to mark as delivered ( top right corner) and save





2.Inventory log will deducted the stock from the current stock .





If there is a discrepancy between Available and Current Stock, it is likely because only a Sale Invoice was created and no Delivery Order was generated.


Example Below: 



1. Create invoice to  select the item code and the quantity is 2.




2. Inventory will shows the available stock but the current stock amount will not deducted. It is because Delivery Order was no created.
