Why Is the Item Not Showing in the Purchase Invoice After Keying in the Product? (New Vers.)
If you're unable to find the item in the purchase invoice after entering it in the products section, follow this guide.
1. Click on Products/Services and select 'Products/Services'
2. Select the three-dot menu of the item that was created or needs to be updated
3. Click on Edit
4. Enable 'I sell this product or service' for sales
5. Enable 'I purchase this item from supplier' for purchases
6. Click on Save
7. The item should now appear correctly in the Products section when creating an invoice
