Why Credit Note Has No Impact on Balance (New Vers.)

Learn why issuing a credit note does not immediately affect your balance and how it functions within your sales records.

1. The credit note will only appear once it has been used. To verify this, go to the Sales module and select Sales Invoices.

2. Click on an invoice

3. The credit note should be displayed
