Transaction Report (New Vers.)
The Transaction Report allows you to view all transactions incurred in your business, including purchases, sales, fees, credit notes, and more, within a selected date range. It provides a convenient way to search, delete, and print specific transactions for better tracking and management.
1. Click on Cashflow and select 'View Report'
2. Click on Transactions Report
3. Select the date range
4. Click on the settings button
5. Filter by wallet
6. Filter by transaction type
7. Filter by salesperson
8. Filter by branch
9. Click on Apply
10. Click on the Ref No.
11. This will display the print page of the payment or receipt
12. The debit and credit amounts, along with their totals, are displayed here
13. The Payment tab of the Transactions Report shows the credit amount and any payments made to the wallet
14. The Receipt tab of the Transactions Report shows the debit amount and any payments received into the wallet, helping you track incoming transactions accurately.
15. To export, click on the three-dot menu
16. Click on Export to Excel or CSV
