How to Add a New Payment Method to Wallet (New Vers.)

This guide explains the steps to add a new payment method to your wallet, ensuring your payment options are set up correctly for easy transactions.

1. Click on Wallets

4. Click on Add Payment Method

Click on Add Payment Method

5. Enter a name for this method

(Always make your payment method name unique so that you can identify which wallet it belongs to.

For example, if the wallet belongs to Maybank and the payment method is online transfer, you should name it as M2U.

If you use the same payment method name for different wallets, you won't be able to identify which payment method belongs to which wallet during selection. For instance, if you have a wallet for Maybank and another for Ambank, and both use "Online Transfer" as the payment method name, two identical "Online Transfer" options will appear when you select a payment method.)

Enter a name for this method

6. Select how this method applies

Type of payment method:

  • Receivable – Money received into the account

  • Payable – Money paid out from the account

Enable for Guest Portal payments - Allows customers to make payments using that method when they choose 'Manual Transfer'.

Select how this method applies

7. Click on Save
