How to Change User Password (New Vers.)

Learn how to change a user's password to enhance security, reset forgotten credentials, or update login details as needed.

1. Click to Profile > Company > My Users

2. Click on My Users

3. Click on user name or the 3 dots  and click "View" button

4. Click 3 dots and click "Reset Password"

5. Set the user's password and click "Update Password"

6. User can log in system with Biztory ID with the new password
