What is Consignment Report?
The Consignment Report provides an overview of items consigned to different customers. It shows the available stock for each item and displays how many items are in stock for each customer. It helps track and manage consignment inventory, monitor stock levels, and view which items are allocated to each customer. This report is useful for businesses to keep track of consigned goods and ensure proper stock allocation.
How Records Appear in the Consignment Report
First, use Goods Received to add stock to your inventory. Next, use Sales Invoice and Delivery Order (with document type set to 'Consignment Note') to stock out current stock and available stock. create a Purchase Invoice to replenish available stock. These steps will ensure accurate tracking of inventory in the Consignment Report.

1. Click on Reports and select View More
2. Click on Custom
3. Click on Consignment Report
4. Select a date range
5. Here you search for the item name
6. Click on Filter
7. Here you can apply any filters
8. Click on Apply
9. You can adjust the column width by dragging
10. Click on 3 dots
11. You can export this report to Excel and CSV
(The report will be exported based on the current view on the screen)
