How To Record Expense Payment
Method 1
Step 1: Choose the purchase invoice that want to make payment
Step 2: Fill in the payment details, then click "Save"
Payment Date: Date when the invoice is pay.
Amount: Key in the amount that want to pay.
Payment Method: Choose the payment method that you want.
Payment Description: Key in payment description for reference.
OR
Method 2
Step 1: Click "Edit" on the expense that want to edit
Step 2: Click the "$" icon on top right
Step 3: Fill in the payment details, then click "Save"
Payment Date: Date when the invoice is pay.
Amount: Key in the amount that want to pay.
Payment Method: Choose the payment method that you want.
Payment Description: Key in payment description for reference.
