How to view Inventory Report

The Inventory Report provides a clear overview of stock-in and stock-out details for all products that are available stock. It helps businesses track the movement of inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping for both purchases and sales. This report supports better inventory management by providing detailed insights into the flow of goods, facilitating more informed decision-making and efficient operations.

  1. Ensure that you have enabled FIFO for your items.
  2. View Inventory Report



Firstly, ensure that you have enabled FIFO for your items.


1. Click on Products/Services and select Products/Services 





2. Click on an item that you want to enable FIFO





3. Check if FIFO is enabled for the item. Once enabled, it cannot be disabled.
(If you don't see 'Enable FIFO for this product,' it means your account has not enabled Inventory Aging. Please contact Customer Service for assistance) 




How to view Inventory Report


4. Click on Report and select View Report






5. Click on Product / Services





6. Click on Inventory Report to view it
(For filtering instructions, proceed to the next step)





7. Click on Filter




8. Select a Stock Out Date range





9. Click on Apply, you will see the result





10. Here you can select a product type and click on Apply to view the result




11. Select a product and click on Apply to view the result





12. Select a product category and click on Apply to view the result





13. Select a status and click on Apply to view the result





14. Select a document 





15. Enter a full Reference Number and click on Apply to view the result





16. Select a supplier and click on Apply to view the result
