How to Import Product / Serial Number of Product

How to Import Product / Serial Number of Product?

1. Click on Profile and select Settings

2. Click on Integration

3. Click on CSV Import

(If you don't see CSV import here, it means your account has not enabled CSV Import. You may contact Customer Service to help you enable it.)

4. Click on Product

5. Click here and select what you want to upload

6. Click on 3 dots

7. Click on Download Sample CSV

8. Open the downloaded CSV file. Row 1 contains the required fields for importing normal products. Fill in the correct info, including existing data like the Chart of Account (COA), before importing.

(If you download sample csv for IMEI / Serial Number, refer to step 8.1)

8.1 Open the downloaded CSV file. Row 1 has the required fields for importing IMEI/Serial Numbers. Ensure the product (type = IMEI/Serial Number) that the serial numbers belong to already exist in Biztory. Fill in the correct info, including existing data like the Chart of Account (COA), before importing.

9. Click here and upload the CSV file

10. Click on Import

11. Click on Products/Services and select Products/Services

12. You will see the imported products in the list after a few minutes.

(If you import serial numbers, you may click on the serial number product and navigate to the serial number tab to see the imported serial numbers)
