Why amount is showing at the credit side with negative value in Trial Balance?

Example Below :

I have recorded Ice Cube and Wages under the Cost of Goods Sold, but why do the wages appear on the credit side of the trial balance with a negative value? They should be on the debit side.

What should I do?

1. Go to Chart of account choose the Wages to "Edit"

2. "Enabled" the Debit Side and "Save"

3.In Trial Balance Report will shows the Wages in Debit Side.
