Why did Chinese Name Product become "?????" after import to products/services

Using Microsoft Excel:

1. Download and open Products/Services's sample import file (refer: HERE ) using Excel

2. Key in the file with your data

3. When you're done, choose "Save As" 



4. Choose "CSV UTF-8" and save.



6. Import this file into Biztory.


Using Notepad:

1. Download and open Products/Services's sample import file (refer: HERE ) using Excel

2. Open "sample_import_product" File with Notepad and key in your products. Save and close after you finish.



4. Click File > Save As


5. Click on "Encoding:" Select "UTF-8". Select "Save as type: CSV". After that click Save. 


6. Import this file into Biztory.
