How to Customize Document Print Layout For Footer Section

Customizing your sales invoice print layout allows you to create professional, branded invoices tailored to your business needs. It ensures your invoices align with your company's identity by including your logo, preferred fonts, and layout design. Additionally, it lets you highlight important details, such as payment terms or personalized messages, enhancing clarity and communication with your customers.

1. Click on Sales Invoice

4. Make changes to 'For Sales Invoice' or 'For All Document'

(Selecting "For All Documents" applies the changes to all document types, such as Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Expenses, and more. Selecting "For Sales Invoice" applies the changes only to Sales Invoices.)




Click on Footer




6. Check 'Make signature(s) stick at the bottom of the page' to allow signatures to be positioned at the bottom of the footer.

7. Select Signature Size to change the width of the signature

8. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the left signature.

9. Select the right signature field to edit it




10. Ensure to check the left and right signature boxes for the signatures to appear




11. Click the show or hide buttons to display or remove the descriptions

13. This will allow you to show or hide the GST Summary

15. Click on 'Override Master Settings' to set your own settings for the page number
