How to Apply a Discount on an Item in an Invoice (New Vers.)

In Biztory, you can also apply discounts to individual items instead of the entire invoice. This is useful when you want to specify that the discount applies to specific items only. 

Take note: This function is only available in the Growth and Pro plans.

1. Click on Sales and select 'Sales Invoices'

2. Click on Edit or Add New

3. Click on the three-dot menu

4. Click on Settings

5. Enable 'Line Item Discount'

6. Click on Apply

7. The discount column will appear

8. You can input the discount either as an amount, a percentage, or a combination of both.

Use % sign after number (e.g. 5%) for percentage

Use + for combination (e.g. 10%+20) for 10% discount + RM20 discount)
