Why Are the Quotation and Sales Invoice Missing the Footer Note Remark? (New Vers.)
The footer note may not appear in the quotation or sales invoice for two reasons: the footer note feature is not enabled, or the footer note is being overridden by an existing invoice remark. Ensure that the footer note is enabled and that no invoice remark is present to display the footer note properly.
1. Click on Sales and select 'Sales Invoices'
2. Click on Edit
3. Choose a remark template
(To know how to create a remark template, please refer to How to Manage Remark Template)
4. Alternatively, fill in the invoice remark manually
5. Click on Save
6. Click on Print
7. Invoice remark shown
8. To add a footer note, click on Customize Print
9. Make sure the invoice remark field is left empty as only one note can be displayed at a time, either the remark or the footer note.
10. Click on Display
11. Enable Footer Note for it to be displayed
12. Click on Content
13. Enter in the footer note text
14. Footer note shown
15. Click on Save
