How to Assign and Manage Your Sales Team (New Vers.)

It’s not always easy to find a balance between encouraging quality performance and pushing sales reps with new goals. However, you can inspire your team and help them reach their goals by making the sales target visible to everyone, which sets clear expectations for each member. Follow the steps below to assign your sales team.



1. Click on My Users

2. Click on Edit

3. Select Sales as the user permission

4. Select Sale Target Report under report permission

5. Enable Subscribe to Sales Target Email

6. Key in your sales target number

7. Click on Save
