How to Customize Invoice Layout & Remove/Add Signatures (New Vers.)

Learn how to personalize your invoice layout and manage signature visibility to match your company’s branding and approval process.



1. Click on Sales Invoices

2. Click on an invoice

Click on an invoice



3. Click on the three-dot menu

Click on the three-dot menu



4. Click on Print

Click on Print



5. Click on Customize Print

Click on Customize Print



6. If you are looking to add any notes, bank account number or terms and condition, click on Content

If you are looking to remove your signatures, click on Signature



9. Check Signature Left to remove/show the left signature

Uncheck Signature Left to remove the left signature



10. Check Signature Right to remove/show the right signature

Uncheck Signature Right to remove the right signature
