How to Check Whether Account Category/Chart of Account Is Available (New Vers.)

Learn how to check if an account category or chart of account is available in your system, so you can manage financial records accurately and avoid duplicate entries.



1. Click on Accounting and select 'Chart of Account'

2. Use the search bar to find the account category you need

3. Click on the settings button

4. Filter by account type

5. Filter by status

6. Click on Apply

7. Click on Add New to add a new chart of account, if required

8. You can always edit it by selecting the three-dot menu
