What is the Proforma Invoice?

A proforma invoice is an essential document in the sales process, particularly in international trade. It serves as a preliminary bill sent to buyers before the shipment of goods, providing crucial details about the transaction.

How to use the new Proforma Invoice in Biztory ?

Please refer to the following approach.

1. Go to create "Quotation"

2. Add New

3. Click the "three dots‘ and click the "Setting"

4. You can choose the "Proforma Invoice' in the "Document Type"

**P/S: you could fill in more email address in the 'email' section for sending the email to all at once.

For example:crystal@biztory.com.my,ali@gmail.com (Don't have to space between two email)
