How to find first welcome email & retrieve login password?

• If you have forgotten both your password and user ID, follow these steps:

1. Check your email inbox for a message with the subject: "Hello XXX (your subdomain), Welcome to Biztory!"
   
   
   2. Open the email and scroll down to find the section titled "Your Activated Account". Your Biztory ID will be listed here as well.
   
   • Your Activated Account - means the URL link you can access to Biztory
   
   
   - If You Have Forgotten Your Password, Please Follow These Steps:
   
   1. Click on the link provided in the "Your Activated Account" section. This will direct you to your Biztory URL. 
   
   • On the login page, click "Forgot Password".
   
   2. Enter your Biztory ID (from the email) and follow the instructions to receive a password reset link.
