How to adjust customer's remaining subscription balance?

1. Go to menu and click Product / Services
   
   
2. Select the remaining subscription you like to amend, click edit.
   
   
3. Set the date to tomorrow expired. Click on Save.
   
   
4. Example when the subscription package is expired :
   
   • If the customer requests a refund for the unredeemed balance, you may process the refund steps below :
   
5. Refund package with Credit note.
   •Select on unwanted subscription package, go to Reference link - > Click on Ref No.
   
   
   
6. This will lead you to the sales invoice of this Subscription package.
   • You may create a credit note for this sales invoice, how to create credit note?
