why key in the purchase invoice but in product not shows the item ?

If you're unable to find the item in the Products section after entering it in a purchase invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Edit the Product Details:

    • Go to Products in your system.
    • Select the item that was created or needs to be updated.
    • Click on Edit.
  2. Enable Selling and Buying:

    • Make sure to tick the checkboxes for both "We Sell" and "We Buy".
    • This ensures that the item is configured correctly for both sales and purchases.
  3. Save the Changes:

    • After enabling the necessary options, save the product details.

By following these steps, the item should now appear correctly in the Products section, allowing you to manage and use it in purchase invoices as needed.
